Mr. Santhanam  is our Vice President (Chartering and Commercial Services), based  in India. His primary responsibilities are to oversee the commercial activities relating to tankers and LPG Carriers. He is also responsible for insurance and P&I matters of our fleet, maintain customer relationships and business development, obtain market intelligence and analyse business trends, attend to pre and post fixture affairs, including charter negotiations and reviewing fleet performance, appoint, appraise and liaise with agents at various ports and together with the Technical and Legal Department, negotiate and settle cargo, freight, hull and machinery, third party claims and insurance claims.
Mr. Santhanam  joined our Company  in 2000. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts ( Economics with Commerce and Statistics) from University of Madras. He obtained his post graduation certificates in business management from Davar’s college and in marketing management from the Institute of Marketing and Management, Delhi.
