Mr. Khurshed M. Thanawalla

Mr.Khurshed M. Thanawalla is our non-executive director since January, 2009. He possesses vast and rich experience in the establishment and management of textile mills in Kenya and Indonesia. He was also Director of Textile consultancy, management and agency companies in East Africa, Switzerland, Singapore and India. He was the Managing Director of Barmag India Private Limited and Saurer India Private Limited. He is currently the Managing Director of Oerlikon Textile India Private Limited. He is also an active member of Textile Associations.

He is also a member on the boards of Mandhana Industries Limited, Varun Gas Infrastructure Limited and Stovec Industries Limited. Mr.Thanawalla is a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London, an Associate of The Textile Institute, UK and an Associate of The British Institute of Management.
