Ms Parekh joined our Company in 1992 and is currently our Vice President-Corporate Affairs, Secretarial and Legal and Company Secretary . She is also a Director of VSC International Pte Ltd. Varun Gas Infrastructure Limited, PT Mitra Bahari Raya, Indonesia and  Varun Cyprus Limited, Cyprus. She is overall in charge of the legal and secretarial activities of our Company. Ms Parekh's scope of responsibility also extends to corporate communications, matters relating to shareholders grievances, and compliance with stock exchange regulations. Ms Parekh obtained her Bachelor of Commerce in 1985 from the University of Bombay and has been an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1991.
