Mr. Nabar is our Vice President (Technical Operations) India. He is overall in charge of technical operations, quality assurance and manning activities of vessels, which are technically managed from India. In that capacity, he oversees compliance with the ISM Code, International Ship and Port Facility Security Code issued by IMO and ISO standards. He is also responsible for executing our emergency contingency plan in relation to shipboard emergencies. Mr Nabar completed the Marine Engineering Training Course conducted by the Directorate of Marine Engineering Training, the Ministry of Shipping and Transport of India and passed the final passing-out examination held in July 1972 consequent to which the Final Passing-Out Certificate was issued to him. He obtained his Certificate of Competency as First Class Engineer (Motor) from Government of India in 1978. After sailing as Chief Engineer for 6 years with Arya National Shipping Line, Tehran, Iran, he joined American Graduate School of International Management at Glendale Arizona USA in 1989 and obtained his degree of Master of International Management. He joined our company in June, 2005.
