Mr. C. M. Maniar

Mr. C M Maniar has been our non-executive Director since 1983. He is also the Chairman of our Shareholders/Investors Grievance Committee and a member of our Audit Committee. He is a senior partner of Crawford Bayley & Co., Solicitors and Advocates, Mumbai. Mr. C M Maniar obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bombay in 1961 and was admitted as an attorney to the High Court of Bombay in 1965 and has more than 40 years of experience as a solicitor. Mr. C M Maniar is also a member on the boards of Akzo Nobel Coatings India Private Limited, Godfrey Philips India Limited, Hindalco Industries Limited, Foods & Inns Limited and Chemtex Engineering of India Limited. Mr. C M Maniar also obtained his Bachelor of Commerce and his Master of Arts (Economics & Politics) from the University of Bombay in 1959.
